Damaged or Defective Products
If your item arrives damaged or defective, you must notify us within 14 days of delivery by sending photo or video proof to: cappuclick@outlook.es
In such cases, we offer:
- A free replacement, or
- A full refund
Incorrect Items
If you receive the wrong product, the same conditions as above apply.
Returns for Personal Reasons
You may return your order within 14 days of delivery, provided the item is unused, in perfect condition and in its original packaging. Return shipping costs will be the responsibility of the customer. To start a return, email us at cappuclick@outlook.es.
Return Window
If no issue is reported within 14 days of delivery, the product will be considered accepted.
Refunds
Refunds (if applicable) will be processed once the returned item is received and inspected. Processing times may vary depending on the payment provider. CappuClick reserves the right to refuse any return that does not meet these conditions.
